Since this is a blog for Marathi lovers, a less known
fact is that quite a few marathi Mandals (outside
India) either sponsor or reward graduate students.
I am not sure of other countries, but the United
states definitely has some associations. I am aware
of associations in NJ and California, which are involved
in such things.
I would be really grateful if readers could post comments
on other countries/places which have marathi mandals
that do the same.
